Corkerhill Press is a small independent publishing company based in Scotland and we are currently working with two authors; Derek Beaugarde and Derek Niven.

Derek Beaugarde is a science fiction writer and we published his novel "2084 The End of Days" in March 2016. For more information on "2084 The End of Days" refer to our separate page above. Derek is also currently working on a novella sequel with a working title of 2112: Revelation.

Derek Niven specialises in historical and genealogical factual books and we published his book "Pride of the Lions: the untold story of the men and women who made the Lisbon Lions" in May 2017 to coincide with the 50th anniversary of Glasgow Celtic Football Club's historic win in the European Cup final of 1967. Derek Niven has published the second book in the 'Pride' series in October 2018 called "Pride of the Jocks: the untold story of the men and women who made the 16 greatest Scottish managers" to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the Munich Air Disaster and the 50th anniversary of Manchester United winning the European Cup final of 1968.

Derek Niven has now published the third book in the 'Pride' series with the title "Pride of the Bears: the untold story of the men and women who made the Barca Bears". This tells the story of the 16 men who won medals when Glasgow Rangers beat Moscow Dinamo in the 1972 European Cup Winners' Cup in Barcelona, again from the perspective of their family histories. The official publication date was 22 May 2020 but due to coronavirus restrictions it did not become officially available on Amazon, until July 2020.
